Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the volume of the order and your location. Freight shipping for palletized orders may require additional transit time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for large volume orders. Net-30 terms are available for established accounts upon credit approval.
Do you offer samples before committing to a bulk purchase?
Yes, we offer sample units for most of our catalog at a retail rate. If you proceed with a bulk order within 30 days, the price difference between the sample and the wholesale rate will be credited to your account.
What is your return policy for wholesale goods?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective items or shipping errors. Because we operate on thin wholesale margins, we cannot accept returns for unsold inventory or change of mind.
